Ditching the panniers and a self made bag

Last day changes. As I had predicted, the panniers would be a tough task to put up due to obstructions from the disc brake. I would never get the disc brake removed. No panniers, no rack. Now that puts all the load on the back. Diverting the load elsewhere: A larger handle bag and a larger saddle bag replacing the smaller handle bag I designed and made.
